  • I've never been to therapy before, what should I expect?

    During our initial session we will discuss your challenges and goals. I may have many questions for you to get a clear understanding of your experience and what you hope to achieve. You may have questions for me. It is a chance to decide if we’re a good fit and if you are satisfied with what I can offer. If you choose to work with me your therapy will be tailored to your needs. You and I will work together as a team to decide what is best for you. My goal is to empower you. You get to decide what that looks like for you.

  • Which provinces do you serve?

    I am able to work with clients in every province and territory except for Quebec.

  • What are your rates and payment policy?

    A standard 50 minute session is $160. Payment will be processed at the time of the session. A valid credit card must be kept on file on our secure platform. Alternate methods of payment can be discussed on a case by case basis (ex. etransfer).

  • Are your services covered by insurance and do you provide direct billing?

    Depending on your current health insurance plan or empltyee benefits, it is possible for services to be covered fully or partially. Please contact your insurance provider before your first session to see if registered counselling therapists (RCTs) or Canadian certified counsellors (CCCs) are covered by yoor insurance plan and verify how your plan compensates you for counselling services.

    I do not directly bill insurance companies but will provide you with a receipt which you can then submit to your insurance company for rembursent.

  • Do you offer in-person sessions?

    Currently, all therapy sessions are offered online only.
